We look for people who write well, listen carefully, and treat clients as partners in the legal process rather than as recipients of legal output. We look for people who are curious about the law beyond their own practice area and who are willing to pick up the phone when a colleague in a different office has a question. We look for people who believe that the most impressive legal argument is the one the client can follow.
